Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel offers very comfortable and convenient rooms with a king-size bed, a cozy couch, and a spacious main room setting. The service was exceptional, with a team that was lovely, friendly, and always willing to help. The central location makes it easy to explore both historic sites and museums, although dining options on-site were pricey and slow.
My stay at the hotel was wonderful. The rooms were clean and spacious, with great amenities for longer stays, though the lack of air conditioning was noticeable. The service was exceptional with friendly staff, but room service responses were slow. The location was superb, making it easy to explore downtown Philadelphia, although some noise from the nearby City Hall could be a drawback. The dining experience was average, with limited options for breakfast. Overall, a pleasant stay with good value for the money.
